Definition
A Caption is a supporting text that is
placed under an image, video, or other medium to provide additional information
or context. Captions are usually used to help understand or explain the content
of the media. In the context of social media or photo applications, captions
can also serve as text that accompanies a post and allows users to express
their thoughts or feelings.
Types And Examples Of Captions
1. Identification Bar: In this type of caption, only mention who is in the picture.

2. Cutline: This type of caption says who is in the picture and what the person is doing.

3. Summary: This type of caption contains a more complete explanation of the person in the picture, what they did, when it happened, and why it was done by them.
